Today, I invite you to consider this alongside me... How do you prepare the way for new beginnings? What would it mean to dedicate this coming year to you? What if ‘happy’ meant being content with how things are? If ‘growing’ meant discovering a little more each day... or not?
Today I share with you the gorgeous words of my friend and teaching partner, Christine Valters Paintner. As I was reading this excerpt on her recent newsletter, I found myself longing to go on this adventure until I awakened from my dreamlike state and realized I am helping create this luscious journey. Whether you're able to dust off your passport and join us in Vienna (yes?) or not... I think you'll enjoy a moment of respite while reading this love letter to the city that inspired countless imaginative souls and artists. It's a wonderful way to begin the new year!
Damn you, Seth Godin! Your quote has been haunting me ever since I read it for the first time several days ago. Since then I’ve gone back to it multiple times... even highlighted it in my journal, so that it now jumps out at me every time I flip through the pages to see what I might like to share with the world.
When all else fails... return to gratitude.
